Director of Operations

Aesclinn is a strategist and design researcher working with our investees to build out Masawa’s organizational development practice, as well as supporting operations and special projects. She has worked in social impact across the private, non-profit and public sectors, and previously spent more than five years in the startup agtech space, where she led innovation projects and built partnership portfolios to scale inclusive finance tools in West and East Africa.

Aesclinn holds a Master’s in business and policy from Tufts University and an undergraduate degree in economics from Dalhousie University and the University of King’s College. She finds mental happy places on long hikes, sunny days, in preparing food for friends and family, but most of all on her bike.
